Md. Nasser Shahrear Zahedee
Chairman
Mr. Md. Nasser Shahrear Zahedee graduated in Pharmacy and also obtained Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Dhaka in 1978 and 1979 respectively. He had his schooling in Jhenaidah Cadet College, a residential institution run by the Bangladesh Army. He worked for about 20 years in the multinational pharmaceutical companies in marketing management positions. He was the CEO and Managing Director of Roche Bangladesh Ltd for 18 years out of which served as regional manager for Myanmar for 5 years. He has successfully launched and established Roche business in Bangladesh & Myanmar. Mr. Zahedee started his own business from 2005 and have established the Radiant consortium companies in last ten years. He had been the President of Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Society (3 terms), Executive Member of Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (3 terms) and represented Bangladesh many times in the international forums including the World Health Organization, International Pharmaceutical Federation, Commonwealth Pharmaceutical Association etc. He had drafted the National Drug Policy of 2005 and also played an active role in updating the Drug Policy of 2014 and also the National Health Policy.
In the civil aviation industry he is considered as a potential entrepreneur after having successfully launching the on-line services of Turkish Airlines within six months of getting appointment as the GSA.
Beside the pharmaceutical his active guidance has inspired to entire aviation industry with the establishment of organizations: AeroMate Services Limited, AeroWing Aviation Limited and Radiant Aviation Limited. He has been leading all these organizations as the Chairman and already earned reputation both home and abroad.
In the aviation trade he made exemplary contribution for the development of Travel and Tourism sector in Bangladesh while leading as founder Managing Director of AeroMate Services Limited (GSA Turkish Airlines), AeroWing Aviation Limited (GSA Salam Air), Freight and Forward Company Ease Logistics and Radiant Aviation, a Travel Agent.
M A Latif Shahrear Zahedee
Managing Director
M A Latif Shahrear Zahedee was graduated in Commerce and also obtained MBA with major in Finance from Darul Ishan University, Dhaka. In 2005, he joined at Radiant as Business Development Associate. Since 2009, he is responsible for the Commercial Department of Radiant Consortium Companies as “Head of Commercial”. Now he is working with Radiant as “Director, Supply Chain Management”.
In the aviation trade he made exemplary contribution for the development of Travel and Tourism sector in Bangladesh while leading as founder Managing Director of AeroMate Services Limited (GSA Turkish Airlines), AeroWing Aviation Limited (GSA Salam Air), Freight and Forward Company Ease Logistics and Radiant Aviation, a Travel Agent.
Tashfia Zahedee
Executive Director
Ms Tashfia Zahedee has completed her Undergrad in Finance and International Business from one of the most reputed institutions, North South University of Dhaka, in 2012. She has done her Master degree in Management and Organizational Innovation from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom in 2015. Meanwhile, Ms Tashfia worked in The City Bank Limited for one year and a half from February 2013 to June 2014 in the Non-Funded Business Department.
By the beginning of 2016, she joined AeroMate Services Limited as the Executive Director. She is also monitoring and leading AeroWing Aviation Limited and Radiant Aviation Limited with great efforts.
